  • Shipping fees

Why do I pay shipping costs more than once?
We are often asked why you have to pay several times the shipping costs for a multiple purchase. Our operation is based on "print on demand" which means that your products are printed directly after your payment (we do not have stock). Our printers do not manage the grouping of orders, i.e. each printed design is shipped separately, if you order 6 different designs you will therefore receive 6 packages. On the other hand if you order several times the same design but on different supports (example: 1 T-Shirt + 2 Sweaters) then we apply the declining shipping cost, in this case, and only in this case, the printer can send all your items at once!

I want to order
Fill in the information relating to the product ordered: choose the product size and order an additional quantity by clicking on "Add a product". Fill in the payment information: your first and last name, your email, your delivery address and the means of payment used (Carte Bleue, VISA, Mastercard or Paypal). And that's all ! You do not need to create an account to place an order.
I want to cancel my order
Do you want to cancel your order? Nothing could be simpler, just go to our site, tab 'Track my Order' and enter your order number to cancel. You will have the possibility to cancel your order. Please be aware, however, that we will not be able to accept a cancellation request once the campaign end period has passed. You will find the end of campaign period on our site.
I want to modify my order
Do you want to change your delivery address?
Nothing could be simpler, just connect to our site in the "Track order" tab and enter your order number to change. Do you want to change the size of your product? You must contact our customer service. Please be aware, however, that we will not be able to accept a change request once the campaign end period has passed.

  • Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my product?
We offer two types of delivery: Standard Delivery: Your product is sent in letter format without tracking. The postman will deposit your item in the mailbox of the recipient of the order. If your item exceeds A4 format, it will be sent in parcel format and will have a tracking number. Fast Delivery: By choosing this type of delivery (if offered), you will have a tracking number to follow the delivery of your order after it leaves our workshops.
Your order is sent!
You can follow the progress of your order by visiting our site, tab 'Track my Order' and entering your order number starting with O. You will thus know what the status of your order is: in production, printed, shipped . Don't have your order number? You will find it in your confirmation email, which you will receive after placing your order. Have you lost the confirmation email? You just have to connect to our site in the tab 'Track my Order' and then click in the option 'Forgotten order number?' and enter the email address used to place your order. You no longer remember the email address used? Contact us via our contact form, telling us: the product purchased, the date,

  • Payment

Is my credit card charged when I order a product?
No. Your card is only charged if the campaign reaches its goal. The collection of your order is made on the day of the end of the campaign. If however the campaign does not reach its objective, no withdrawal will be made from your bank account.
Accepted methods of payment
You can pay for your order by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) or via Paypal. Please note: single-use bank cards are not accepted.
Verification of your bank card
When paying, you may be asked to verify your card. This verification is part of a 3D Secure procedure and is used to strengthen the security of payments. You just have to follow the authentication methods of your bank to allow us to ensure that you are the holder of the bank card used.
What is the visual cryptogram?
The CVV or visual cryptogram is a 3-digit security code that you will find on the back of your bank card. It is essential to provide it at the time of payment to allow us to validate your order.
Is my payment secure?
Thanks to an HTTPS protocol, your payment is secure and ensures that all your bank information is transmitted to us by following a fully secure procedure. The collection of your bank card information is ensured by Be2bill, an approved payment solution. We do not store any information related to your bank card.
